From start to finish my experience was 5 star quality. Christine was my contact and her personality, knowledge and professionalism was top quality. She was a delight to talk to always with my best interest in mind. I always knew step by step what was going on with my car. The text updates were so convenient and informative. My repairs took over a week but were exactly on schedule. They even arranged to drop my car off for me and turn in my rental when I could not leave work to pick it up before they closed. Now that is customer service. When I received my car it was perfectly cleaned inside and out. This place and Christine especially, really does value their customers.

Everything looks good except for the right rear fender on the crease it looks like it didn’t get painted or buffed out I might be calling to let you guys look at it or send a picture when I picked up my vehicle I could not really see it because of the sun when I brought my vehicle home I parked in the shade and noticed it
