The word speller that you use isn't very good or the person sending the updates doesn't check to see if the messages are correctly spelled and make sense,

I can't remember the other gentlemens name (sorry) but he was very helpful and concerned that I was satisfied and even helped me with showing me where the code is for my radio. Vivian was always keeping me informed of the progress of my car the whole time it was in repair and was very sweet when she was closing me out. Our entire experience was great! From our initial day when Fix auto arranged to have our car picked up at our home, all the way up to our pick up day. We've been very happy & satisfied with everything that your company has done for us and our vehicle. It was so wonder to have Manager Steve, arrange to supply us with a rental car for free due to a change in our initial pick up date being postponed.
