I have had Fix Auto service my vehicles numerous times. The excellent customer service keeps me coming back. I had run off the curb and the side of my car had popped out. When I drove up to Fix Auto, a service personnel was walking by. I asked him to take a look at it. He not only took a look T it, he popped it back into place and told me to have a nice evening. A second occurrence of outstanding customer service was when my roommate parked my car against a box and scratched the paint. I dropped by Fix Auto to get an estimate. The service personnel went and retrieved his buffer and took 5 minutes to make the scratches disappear. He also told me to have a good evening. Where can you get this over-the-top kind of customer service with a pleasant attitude, a kind statement to have a great day, and don't forget about us for your car repairs? I can answer that - Fix Auto! You guys are the best!!!
