On Tuesday Feb 11, I first received morning message that vehicle would be ready on Friday Feb 15. It would have be en nice, if follow-up call on the day that car was ready. I did not receive update call on Friday & was not sure if car was ready so I called Daland to confirm that car was actually ready. I very much appreciate Daland offering customer ride transportation.
