Jennifer was amazing. After seeing two other repair technicians that talked about thousands of dollars in repairs, Jennifer took one look without my vehicle making it up on the rack and quickly pointed out the problem. When all was said and done, repairs were a bit over 600. She took the lead and dealt with my insurance company and got my baby back to driving order. She even point out some important issues that others had not. Even though this means more money out of pocket, I appreciated her honesty.

Communication was not up to expectations and there was a lack of listening to the customers requests causing delays. Repair shop missed completing the work properly thus delaying the car for two days. I had to call to inquire if the car was finished. Poor service for the reputation of Abra.
