I was extremely happy with the way Abra handled my claim. Jackie was great and kept me informed about what was going on. I also liked the text messages they sent me. I would definitely use your company again.

What was promised was not accomplished. At the beginning was told I would receive a new black grille. One was ordered and waited 2 weeks for it. New grill never came and no explanation why. 2 weeks later was given the option to get a chrome grill or keep the broken one I had. Day one I explained I did not want a chrome grill. If I knew that on day one that a black grille was not an option then I could have found another body shop that could get me a black grille. I was told on the phone that all was needed was clips to hold my old grille on and no damage occurred to grille from accident. When I get there I touched the grille and the bottom of it fell down. The grille was cracked and needed more than just clips. I was then told to find another website that sells the grill and abra would cover it and the installation. I found a website showed it to rep and was then told that I received a 180 credit to get the grill myself which would have ended up being more than the credit I was given and then would have to bring vehicle back to get installed. A black grille was on my vehicle when I originally brought it in. If it could not be fixed to look how it did before the accident than I should have been told that from the beginning. On my receipt there was a cover page with a customer satisfaction survey and the answers already typed out and I was never even asked these questions. My experience with abra was not good at all and I'll make sure that I share my experience with anyone on Buckley Afb that is in need of a body shop.

The length of time that the repair took was unexpected and about twice as long as the original verbal estimate. Given their knowledge that Rental Car costs would be coming directly out of my pocket, there could have been some considerations around doing the repairs during the warm summer months when I have a motorcycle for alternate transportation.
There's been no offer for assistance with the Rental Car charges given that the original verbal estimate was not even close to being met. I scheduled the repair during my holiday while I'd be traveling and wouldn't need a vehicle. I thought I'd need a rental when I got back from vacation for ****.5-2 weeks.... Not a whole 4 weeks.
This ended up being more expense out of my pocket than I would care for. There were fliers and mailings sent out for companoes that would do the hail damage repairs with 'free rentals', '0.00 deductible', 'repairs done fast'. I know that Abra has done a great job on my brand-new Jeep... And going with them because of past experiences was my decision, I just wonder if it was the best decision? All of my friends, family and co-workers were shocked at the length of time that the repairs took.
I have voicemails from Customer Service folks stating that my Jeep was just sitting because there wasn't a 'Tech available' to start the body work that needed to be done after the PDR was done.

Left my car to be repair for about a month, when I got my car back and was still on the facility my tire pressure told me that it was 24 psi,spoke to discount tire that most likely that a wire was sticking out of tire and because I did have my car f or a month I couldn't have cause the tire to be damage, so y o it must have been your facility that damaged my tire. I am more upset that you guys didn't make me aware of what happen then damaging my tire. If I did have a car sensor that told me of my tire pressure I would have been gotten a flat and have been stranded or worst gotten into car accident since I don't know much about ccar. Before this situation I view your company as having excellent customer service but now I will never use your service again.

I was just surprised that after all the repairs that I was given a car with two low tires. I figured someone might check the tire pressure as two of the tires even look low. I was also surprised that Abra wanted to try and get a 4000 repair for a few dings that you reported as hail damage (which I had never noticed), but you didn't try to replace the windshield which has a 12 inch crack in it. Just surprising that the more obvious but low cost items were ignored and the high ticket, less noticeable items constituted a call to me. Other than that everyone was super nice and professional. Overall, I'm happy with the service but it was frustrating to climb into a car that shows two low tire pressures. That's the final impression and the one you remember since I now have to go full my tires with air tomorrow.

When I came to pick up my vehicle after 24 days in the shop I was so excited but when I looked over the vehicle to my surprise there were several deep scratches on the drivers side that could not be buffed out. The whole reason I wanted to get my hail damage fixed is because the car is not even a year old and I want it to look new since it is a new car. I do feel that Greg **** is trying to work with me to get this resolved and has been very courteous to me.
