I was unhappy that after they had assessed my damage, and knew what they were going to do, they did not order needed parts until the car actually came in. So part of the time my car sat there waiting for parts. Then the part that came in was damaged and didn't work so another part had to be ordered. All that resulted in my car being in the shop 10 days (including a week-end - for which I had to pay for a rental car) instead of the 4-5 days I was told in the beginning. Also they did not fix it completely when I picked it up. I drove it home, discovered my charge door (electric car) would not open. Why would I think to check that at the shop? It was next to the problem area but had not been affected by the accident. They had forgotten to put some clip in which was why it was not functioning.
I will say they did an excellent job - the car looks great, and I appreciate their QC.
