The brakes light still comes on at a stop, and I didn't get my EAGLES front licence plate covers, but great work on the body and everything else!

Fantastic experience from beginning to end! You all are fabulous. Really love the daily text updates. The job took an extra week due to a lighting issue with the door, but the work done was excellent. I did discover a couple of minor issues (some glue left on a panel and tje corner of the bumper was misaligned) but theey fixed both quickly when I took it back. Thank you

I loved that you all touch base with me from the beginning of my repair to the end. I had never had a repair shop that would let me know where my vehicle is during the repair process. I enjoyed that I would receive a message or call everyday. Everyone there was polite and explained everything very simple. The survey typed out on our invoice was already filled out inaccurately with the answers supposedly from us already typed in when we received our vehicle. The lifetime guarantee on parts and labor was incorrectly described to us so there was heavy confusion about warranty item tail lamps and replacement. It bothers our family strongly that the survey was pre filled out and we were not even told about it. It was already stapled to the invoice. We will be contacting the branch and your corporate offices for clarification on this matter.

I had a minor dent in rear bumper. Estimated repair time was 2 days. We asked for a rental minivan while it was getting fixed...abra and enterprise rep didn't remember us asking for a van...we got something else...our repair ended up taking 7 days...employees were nice. Service gets a 2 out of 10. Not going back to abra.
