I really appreciated the constant updates on my vehicle...texts and phone calls. Although I had to schedule my repair over a month in advance, Abra did a great job (even cleaned out my vehicle, thank you). I will definitely return to Abra with any future auto body repairs.
The only small complaint I could have...is that my car seat cover (that I hang over my back seat for my dogs) was tore when I picked up my car. One if my back seats was pushed down, so I think that might have been what ripped it. No worries, because the cover wasn't too expensive.
Other than that...everything was great!
