The paint not matching correctly did delay the repair few days, maybe steps can be taken to prevent that in the future. Overall, you guys did an excellent job of keeping me up to date about the progress. Works look fantastic and no issues so far. Being able to leave the rental while picking up my car was very convenient. Thanks for all your hard work.

The woman who worked the front desk had absolutely no costumer service care,she was very short with her awnsers when I had asked about my truck,and than she failed terribly at making sure my rental car was completely damage free, again very short with this also,I definitely would not refer anyone at least to this shop ever,just not how someone should appreciate there job.

They were great about certain things and keeping me posted etc. However there wa an attitude in the shop which prompted me to contact the manager, who was very good and handled the matter. Because the car was in an accident, repair costs were covered by insurance. Two studded snow tires were replaced. I was not told they would not be able to insert studs. Fortunately I asked if the tires had studs and was told not possible for them. They don't do it but that there were holes for studs. This went on and on, took my time, entailed a call to the shop manager. And you can contact me for the rest. When I went to pick up the car, I had another issue with tires. Annoying.
