Took way too long to get an appointment for my estimate.
My past experience with other shops is that in the time it took to get my initial estimate completed I could have had my truck repair completed. Once I had the estimate completed and my appointment made the repair also took longer than normal because you didn’t order the parts till I dropped off the truck.
On a positive side the repair was done satisfactory and your personnel were very nice.

The piece was not on correctly and when we told the lady she fed us some b.s. story about previous damage and not being able to do any better. Then she calls a man out n he noticed it immediately and said let's see what we can do to fix it And he took the car n tried.
