I got lip service from Your branch. When I spoke to Tina this morning Sharing was her my disappointment, she claimed that I refuse to pay for the extra work. This is not true, my understanding after bargaining with her that my payment, covers everything. I would welcome a higher manager to look at my car and see what are my concerns. I shared those with Mr. Dorian when I picked up the car on Saturday. Honestly I find it very difficult to recommend your service to any of my colleagues. Thanks, Dr. Shehata

Service King did a great job on my dodge I was very pleased how they kept me informed on what they were doing and when they think it would be ready and it was ready two days early I hope they won’t see again but if I had to I would call them back customer service was great every one was excellent.

During the repair for the front left quarter the windshield was cracked. Dorian will help to facilitate the replacement via mobile repair. I wish this didn’t happen, especially since my car was hit while parked and I was not in it. With that being said, Dorian is very pleasant and easy to worth with - extremely polite and attentive.

When my vehicle was brought into your facility, my trunk was functioning perfectly upon repair of my car, it no longer worked with my key fob, when questioned about the issue I was given a lame excuse for it not working, which I felt was disingenuous and unacceptable.
