While I was satisfied with the collision work, there were repair indicator lights that were on (vsc,check engine) after the repair work was done that were not on when i brought my car to Service King. Not sure why that was the case.

A representative did not go over repairs or physical inspection of vehicle before payment .? Staff did not inform me that once they told insurance company the repairs were completed that rental benefits stopped regardless of inconveniences to me for pick up . Unforeseen delays disrupted initial scheduled delivery and I was then not afforded any leaway or at least informed. Logistics for pick up were somewhat more complicated for me .

I just received my car today and it appears that the job was professionally done. I really, really, really, appreciated that they cleaned my car and brought my baby back to me cleaner than I left it.
