The only part of the experience that I wasn't satified with was paying the deductible when,it had actually been waived by our insurance USAA. The manager double checked on your portal and it indicated we still needed to pay, but I called USAA and that was not the case. I only mention this because there may be some disconnect in your portal system? USAA is helping us sort it out, but it would save time and frustration if the system/ insurance were communicating better. That said I should have called while at Service King myself, but we did double check through the portal and trusted the system.
