When I spoke with them over the phone on numerous occurrences, they would state they would call me back. In almost every instance, I had to call the office back and have my question answered. After I raised this point after the office stated they would call me if my car was ready to be picked up, the office staff was apologetic. One of the workers returned my call by the time he said he would but in a passive aggressive manner. Overall, I felt like I was not a customer that was cared about.

IMonth & a Half later I finally have my windshield the 1st time the wrong windshield was ordered, once the correct one arrived it happened to be cracked. I believed for my inconvenience I shouldn’t have had to pay deductible of 500.00. Before Service King took over I received nothing but VIP treatment & service from Autometric so I figured the previous owner would leave it in good hands I was wrong. At the end of the day the work was performed & you guys got paid. Did I feel all warm & fuzzy like I did In the past absolutely NOT but to me it’s just BIG business doing BIG business, Making the customer feel that personal connection iis priceless unfortunately it wasn’t the same. By the way nothing personal against the staff they are just doing what they are trained to do
