Car was fixed on time as promised. I was satisfied with the workmanship. And dissatisfied with the after market parts my insurance paid for but I understand that fix auto has nothing to do with those decisions. Overall customer service was great! Office staff was friendly, answered all my questions, and kept me informed. Only thing I would suggest is to have the Shuttle services until 5pm for customers convenience.
