Have experienced many, many auto repair situations in my lifetime and most of the time they have not pleasant. In and even outside the auto industry customer service absolutely ****(ie Enterprise rental).
HOWEVER, what I experienced at Fix Auto absolutely surprised me. It is so rare to find an organization that not only has one happy person working but Fix Auto in Anaheim seems to have nothing BUT happy employee's and that really shows through the customer service. I own a small business and I only dream of finding a crew of employees like you have here.
I'd like to make a special point to a knowledge someone who REALLY, REALLY should be recognized in this organization and that is Samantha. I didn't think she was being real the first time she called to give me the status on my vehicle. She was just too happy. But I soon realized after speaking with her several more times that it simply is just her wonderful attitude. That's what it really comes down to in seperately the best from the rest. Attitude. And Samantha has a GREAT attitude.
I hope you are paying her well because if not I am going to offer her a job at our company!
