Top-notch. This 2012 Summit is special to me, and Curtis Herring explained thoroughly what needed to be done, and kept me up to date throughout the repair process. Turned out there was more hidden damage, and they did what it took to make the repairs properly. Curtis was excellent to work with, reassured me that the work would be excellent, and the repair tech and **** did a beautiful job. Lack of communication. Was told that repair would take approximately 7 days. Took truck in on Monday and got an email the following Monday saying truck would be ready to pick up on Tuesday by 5:30. Called Tuesday afternoon and was told that it would be Friday before it would be ready. Constantly had to call to get correct updates.
