I was quoted a three day job. I dropped it off Monday and it was not completed until the following Monday. I repeatedly called to say I needed my car before Friday (which was well beyond the three day quote)and I never was even given the courtesy of a phone call. The following Monday I received a text that my car repair was complete and that I would receive a phone call. I never received a call. I was unable to pick my car up until Friday (almost two weeks after initial drop off) and I never once received a single phone call.
