The work done on the car was GREAT. The cleanliness of the inside of the car was awful. Floor mat was dirty and the dash and doors had dust all over them. I didn't expect them to vacuum and wipe down the car, I just expected it to look like it did when I dropped it off. I was also given a completion date of a week after I dropped it off and it ended up being a month before it was complete. But like I said, the work was great.

Even though it was a simple repair on my Toyota Tacoma but things got complicated I know it was not the fault of the technicians. I wish it didn't take so long to recalibrate the airbag warning light but then again, it had nothing to do with bodywork. If I have one single minor complaint, I wish they did a slightly better job fixing the trailer pigtail connection.
