The price was not what we had agreed to do. The technicians took it upon themselves to fix things without our approval and expected us to pay for. When I finally received my car, it was nasty inside and my cup holder was broken. I spoke to Cindy and we are supposed to bring the car back to get it detailed and she has ordered the piece to replace. I didn't expect for my car to take this long to repair and now we have to take it back for them to clean up their mess. I have more to say, but I'm tired of thinking about it.
