Services requested were not completed. One the tool box lock was not replaced nor was the broken seat(s) fixed. One that i pointed out in original estimate and one that i pointed out the day i dropped it off. zero communication from the Lyk-Nu Team...which really upsets me!

Upon getting home to SC I found that LYK NU charged be 2 times for $250 on my Debit card. Also, we found that there was a very large contrast in the paint color from the drivers door to the back door. This is because no attempt was made to blend the color. Also there is a rattle in the drivers door like there is a loose part in the door.

I appreciate keeping me informed as to the progress of my repair. Fast, friendly service. I hope I never have to get my auto repaired again, but if I do, I will be a repeat customer.

I have had Lyk-Nu repair my car everytime it has needed it, and with this car this was the 5th time it had been rear ended and needed repair!!!

After three return visits to ensure my car repair was "LYK-NU" I finally decided that it was as good as it was going to get because explaining each section I was concerned with just became more frustrating than it was worth. Daniel tried to make it right but it never quite got there. They got it real close, not quite back to what it was, but that was only because I had to point out to them three times that the lines weren't straight and the headlights weren't where they were supposed to be and the gaps between the sides were not the same. You all are the professionals and I shouldn't have to bring these things to your attention. I expected that someone on the staff would have been able to see those things before having me come to pick up my car three times and still not be right. The outstanding issues that I decided to just live with due to not wanting to have to keep going back again to explain and show the issues anymore are that the right front bumper is sticking out a little bit still, the paint is rough at that spot as well and the headlight gaps are still not the same on each side . I svsn checked the headlights last night against my garage door and they are not shining at the same level anymore. I've used LYK-NU two times. The first experience was pretty good. This one wasn't that great.

Upon my husband pucking up my vehicle and meetung him at home i find there was slight damage to the rear bumper in the near middle left side but its ok i will be taking my vehicle to a repair shopped i have trusted and used since before i was able to drive. He is a trusted family friend and i will have him over look all work that has currently been done up to this point. The damage from hitting the deer looks amazing and i appreciate all that has been done
