My car looks great!!! Everyone was very helpful, especially Ashley. They went about and beyond, ghee, customer service was impeccable.

There are many components to my unhappiness but I will just give you the highlights. My car was there for 23 days, only had to replace a bumper, grill and condensed. This put me over my 30 day allowance for a rental car (I called after the accident and was told to wait to bring it up there). You all said you would pay for 3 days of my rental car (should have paid 5) but when I turned in my car, you had only paid two. I was told "It will be ready tomorrow" six times. I was told on Monday that it was completely put back together and finished and all that was needed was to pull a vaccum (because of the condenser) and do the alignment. I was then told on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday thta someone sent you the wrong parts???? Why would you need parts if it was completely put back together? Different information every time I called so someone was lying (who knows who that was). I picked up my car 8 days after the first time I was told "It will be ready tomorrow". You cost me a lot of extra money, my wife did not have access to the four wheel drive Jeep when it snowed and her mother was in the hospital, I was clearly lied to about the status of my car and the rental car cost you would cover. You over promise and under deliver. If you had told me a week prior that my car would not be ready for another week, I would not have been happy but I could schedule accordingly and it would have been a mere irritation. But when you tell it will be done for sure on Monday(and I take ****/2 day off work so I can come get it) and I don't get it until Friday and I am peppered with different ridiculous excuses as to why, now I am irate. I won't be a returning customer, not ever.

Let me start with false promises, when I was supposed to pick up my car, I was told that they need to wash it and do detailing. When I picked up my car, I discovered that it was not even vaccumed, The car mats were lifted up and they covered the dirty with them. It makes me so made more than postponing of completion. My car is brand new and that was uncalled for to hide the dirty under the mats, now I have to do deep cleaning in my car that is not even 4 months old.

I was very pleased with the service I received and as an insurance agent I will be referring my clients needing to have repairs to Lyk-Nu.

My car has been repaired by LykNu twice before to my satisfaction; so it was no problem to have them once again repair my car. They really did make it look “Like New” and as far as I could tell repaired my car so that it was “new.” If I noticed small imperfections or an item not functioning, they immediately took a look and repaired as needed. Mark & the gang made me feel at ease with the repairs & promised to get my car back in shape. Also, mentioned if i noticed or needed anything they would take care of it. Their servicemen went the extra mile to order additional items they noticed once they had taken the car apart for repairs. Good job fellas’
