I was told 2 to 4 days and it was 15. I was told I got a free oil change and that they would take it to their other location and do it and clean headlights. I got ther after they had changed pick up times 4 times. I go in and the girl that waited on me said oh they forgot the pile change. Some man called a general manager Daniel Neville was there and said they had changed the policy in the 2 weeks they had my car. I told him that he should still honor for the customers they had already told and was bad businesa. He smartly said he they woukd take it there but it wouldn't be free if I didn't take it. Told him he lost customer and would never recommend this place and am thinking about posting on face book my terrible experience. I

The communication regarding the status of the vehicle was terrible. I would call and someone would tell me they would call me back and I never heard from them. Once I was told it was ready, I was on my way to pick it up after finding someone to take me out there to find out it wasn't actully ready and then having to trouble the person to take me back. There was no consideration as to the fact that I was paying 30 daily for a rental car as it took your company 3 plus days to find someone to simply fix the airbag sign. The timeframe to fix a vehicle slightly damaged and the awful communication made the entire experience very unsatisfactory. If body work is ever needed again, it will not be with ur company nor will you be recommended.

I now have my car after 7 business days only to find out that I have to wait for the Clear Cote to be applied as well as the clear hood bra & front fender bra to be put on. I called the office earlier in the day and was told that "we are waiting on the bra" ? Why would I be told that when somebody knew it could not be applied today! Now I'm looking at 2 more visits to the shop to complete my repair & that's if I'm lucky! Besides time lost at work & extra expense of a rental car when I originally told that it would take 5 business days to fully complete the job.
As a Operations MNG. For a transportation company this is not the way I would conduct business. Or would I expect my customers to understand this kind of service.

Car looks fantastic so thank you for doing a great job and the car looks all new again. Only feedback is from a technology side as I recieved a text saying car would be complete on Wednesday, April 30th at 5:06pm and next text I recieved was after 6pm on April 30th saying it was not going to be complete till next day or Friday. Luckily I was out of town an did not show up at 5:06p on April 30th as car would not have been completed according to text around 6pm. This could cause for some angry customers if they show up and car truly isn't complete. Overall, it was fantastic! Thanks again!
