The repair work was terrific. The office personnel made you feel as if you were bothering them. I was also told if I took my car in on Momdaynit would be ready on Friday. My husband went by Friday morning just to see about what time it would be ready. He was told insurance gave him until Tuesday to have it ready. None of this information was passed on to me. My rental car had to be returned at 730 Friday morning since I told them I only needed it until then. Since I could not return it on Friday morning at the designated time I had to turn it in on Thursday afternoon. If I was told at some point and time that I would need it until Tuesday I would have rented it that long. Since I didn't want to pay another deposit for Another rental I was without a vehicle until Tuesday. It would have been helpful if I was told this in the beginning. You do good work but I will probably go somewhere else next time. Thanks

I took the car in early Monday morning and it was promised for Friday which was plenty of time. I called at ****:30 pm Friday. Cindy said it would be ready by 4 pm. I went in at 4 pm and you would have thought it was Iceland for the reception I got. She didn't say a word as I waited right in front of her desk. The driver came in with my keys she (Cindy) didn't say thank you or kiss my ****. There was no inspection of the repair which seemed fine but she never moved to show me the repairs. To be fair it was raining very lightly at the time.
This is the third time I have used their services but it may be the last. I don't know what Cindy's problem was but I guess I shouldn't have had the audacity of just showing up without being invited.

Poor comunication
Received email that work was complete and ready to pick up. Received vehicle 4 days later.
Front bumper that was replaced is not as secure as original part. Mud deflector behind front tire was never conected back properly.
I will be contacting insurance company to have work checked out to make sure it was done properly.
