The customer service at the Donelson location is terrible. We received emails twice stating our car was complete and when I called in about the car I was told by jerry rhat he does not control the emails that go out. I will never send anyone to this shop to have work completed on their car.

Bumper isn't lined up , side to side , when my tech's picked up your rep told them there wasn't adjustment for side to side that frame was straight and bumper was new . Sorry that isn't acceptable to me if everything is straight it should line up especially since original estimate grew from 3k to almost 7k
