I had a great experience. I lived the daily updates on my repair. There is no evidence at off of the accident damage. Customer service was top notch. Kudos to Colby for the daily phone messages.

Was told my car was finished. Got it home checked it out... Lifted the good and there is tape on my motor ... And there are blue caps to the AC just sitting under the good not even in place. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will be having it checked out and i'm curious to see what else will be wrong.

Awesome job!!! Given the major damage that my Lincoln sustain after hitting a large buck, I was heartbroken. The staff assured me that they would take good carne of it and they put my mind at ease.
