****. Straightforward, look-you-in-the-eye analysis and evaluation of the damage and what needed to be done to repair.
2. Dave Slate provided clear information as to timing, what was involved, and pricing. Most important, everything Dave said or promised was true, including not exceeding the estimate.
3. The periodic progress updates via email were helpful. It's a simple concept, but the emails let me know that the work was being done as promised, and no unexpected delays or snags (late part; overextended staff, etc.) had been run into.
