Wendell was extremely professional and accommodating. I'm not completely satisfied because of the work. The right hand rear upper and lower quarter panels are not flush.

Terrible phone communication. No one answered phone for 3 or 4 days. Truck was late in return. When i was given back my truck is was very dirty with bond dust inside. They didn't have the tail light fixed I had to bring it back for installation. They did pay for a 3rd party car wash but I should have to take my vehicle to get a independent car wash. Seems very under staffed only 2 or 3 people working inside. Doesn't seem enough to run a body shop. Overall service was terrible

During my experience with lyk nu we had some hiccups along the way some were from the insurance company some weren't. When I went to pick up the truck it wasn't to my standard of repair, but that was fixed quickly and it looks great. However when I dropped the truck off for repair I drove it in after a hard hit on the right side The truck was pulling to the right after the accident and I let the estimator know about that. Driving the truck home last night I noticed the truck still pulled to the right that repair wasn't addressed so the truck still isn't fixed.
