Car was not washed in the rear. The posters inside the the shop said the first thing you guys do is wash the car. I was told car would be ready Monday and my wife made plans to go to ft lauderdale Saturday. I was then called and told I needed to pick up the vehicle Saturday, if not, I would be charged for the extra days of the rental. I had to rush and have my wife stop her plans to return the car by today. It was a bit unprofessional.

Attached to this email I've included pictures of the workmanship done by Jonathan Body Shop in which I'm not satisfied with. I've left my car at this Geico Repair Xpress location trusting that the replacements for the driver side headlight, fender, and Bumper would be fixed when I picked up my vehicle Monday 10/24/16 to drive happily knowing I have no further issues but I've just gotten more and more aggravated driving it since then. In the photo is the PASSENGER side in which the accident did not affect, when I had my father check the vehicle for mechanical issues in which I'll mention soon I also noticed a bolt or nut that's missing on the driver side but not the passenger side under the hood. I believe this job was done rapidly and carelessly, I bought my car brand new zero miles and shouldn't be having ANY mechanical issues with it besides the cosmetic damage done to the car day of the accident. When I have my a/c on, or put the car on Drive, I can feel the vibrations on my steering wheel even to the point I feel it on my seat and as I said before my car had none of these issues after the accident even after driving it a hour away from the accident location that day, this is also a reason why I didn't make the claim of any vibration issues day of the inspection because there were no issues until AFTER I picked up my car from having the work done. I did go to the shop and explained this to you and you did inform me on the part that has been ordered and nothing was touched in regards to the A/C, but I need this job to be redone the tech who did this work must've not placed screws on properly in which I can verify by that photo. I don't care if I need to leave the car at the shop AGAIN. But I will like for every bolt or nut to be properly placed and looked over by a professional technician who will actually care for my car and have it fixed and working just as I did when I drove my car out the lot. As far as the paint work its exceptional I'm glad the color matches well and how quickly I got my car back but this is a HUGE inconvenience I would have felt more comfortable leaving the car longer to have had amazing work done afterwards not this at all, if my car is needed to be left at the shop I'd also need a rental to be able to make it to my job in days it will be repaired. I'd like to be contacted soon when the replacement piece arrives to the shop and also speak with you and someone in charge at this body shop.
