The entire experience has been fantastic until the day I picked up the truck. Some parts to the back bumper were the wrong part and forgotten, I did remind them, the back of the back seat has not been mounted, I did not know until the screws started making a rattling sound in the back plastic compartment. The head liner fell down, I realized it had not been secured. I realized later, the wheel well has not been mounted back to the bumper, I found out after driving over 50 mph and heard the flapping noise. The problem is I already turned on the rental car and now cannot drive the truck until all the screws, plastic fasteners and pieces have been replaced. I called your facility at noon, the adjuster was at lunch and would call me back when he returned from lunch, I called again at 2:54 pm and told he was with a customer and would call me back later. I am now not happy! The overall experience has been great, I hate things had to get so bad in the end product.

They called me to say my truck was ready. At that time i asked if they took AMEX, he replied yes and then i said great! i will have one of my guys come pick it up soon. The next phone call i got was 2 weeks later where they very rudely told me they would have to start charging us per day the truck was there. I apologized stating we had gotten busy and it had slipped our mind. I also stated i would like to pay over the phone. Thats when the guy went to get a female by the name of Candy who then VERY RUDELY told me there would be a 4% charge to use a credit card, which was not relayed to me before. So i said ok we will pay with a check then. She said they couldnt take MY check because "there was obviously a reason we didnt pick the truck up" implying my check would bounce. Which is a joke. I brought her a check that very day and she stated that there were several red flags with our situation....YOU CANNOT TALK TO CLIENTS LIKE THAT. Then they said they would call me as soon as the check cleared their bank so i could come get my truck....i waited for 3 days after the check cleared til i finally had to call them. Just terrible customer service and ethics. The Chupeck's have been around FH a long time and i cant believe they have a successful business after this. Word of mouth is strong in this town too.

Exceptionally nice people, good neighbors who turn something bad into a new day. They treat you with kindness and care and repair your vehicle like it was their own. Having a collision is never a good thing but meeting this team of people was my very good fortune. Thank you for caring for the repair of my vehicle and helping me all along the way.
