The outside of the vehicle wasn’t cleaned up. I went back & they cleaned it without a problem. Today I went to put groceries away & the rear interior was completely covered in chalky dust. The seals in the door were also covered in dust. Very disappointing. The customer service was great, but the detail experience was not great.

Extra time for repairs, for repair of wiper sprayer broken in shop. Now I have check engine lights on dash and car makes ticking noise in engine compartment. Taking it to dealership for repairs. I expected to get my car back in better condition than I brought it, not in need of mechanical repairs. I will now have to pay just to find out what was done to my car and its electronic/electrical system. Very expensive just to repair a side mirror and bumper.
