Gotham City Collision

I'd rather comment here as opposed to a public forum because I believe Juan attempted to accommodate my situation. What brought me to Gotham initially was word of mouth and good reviews online. I wanted professional work done as opposed to going to a local bodyshop. I dropped my car off on 5/8. I was told the vehicle would be ready in 2 weeks. Approximately **** week later I received the estimate totaling over 9k. The amount caught me by suprise because I didn't think that amount was proportionate to the actual damage on my vehicle. My insurance might go up due to the accident. I opted to have my insurance company pay you guys directly soley based on your company's reputation. I didn't anticipate the estimate being that high. After reviewing the estimate I went to the shop the very next day to retrieve my vehicle. When manny reassured me that the repairs were on schedule and he would take care of a few other imperfections as a courtesy to me. With Manny's reassurances I decided to leave my car at the shop and continue with the repair. On 6/8 i called to follow up on my vehicle. When I was informed Manny was no longer with the company and my vehicle wouldn't be ready for another week and whatever was discussed with manny and I was no longer being honored. Bottom line Juan made an attempt to make things right and I appreciate his efforts. I just wish there was better communication and transparency. The finished product was fine except for my subwoofer being dismounted which I had to pay to re-install and the permanent scratches left on both my side mirrors. Juan said hes going to order me new mirrors so well see. Overall I feel my trust was violated and I'm not 100% satisfied with my experience especially given how much was paid out by my insurance. With that amount I could have went anywhere and got more for my money. I wish I was consulted so I can make an informed decision. Promises were made by former employees and not kept.I wasn't informed about delays on my vehicle I simply assumed and trusted the work was being done based on your company's reputation. If I never called to follow up who knows when my vehicle was going to be ready. Whenever I voiced my concerns I was brushed off and treated like a nuisance. I expected better from this company. Very disappointed.

The team did an AMAZING job on my vehicle. It looked as if it was never in an accident. Thank you for being dedicated to not only your craft, but to also ensuring that your customers are 100% satisfied. This is my second time coming to you guys and if I'm ever in another accident (fingers crossed) I will come back to you!

The staff is friendly and they did an excellent job with my repairs. It's hard to know what kind of service you'll get from a repair shop. Gotham City provides the professionalism you hope for but rarely get. It's the only place I'll be taking my car. Thanks again, Jeff

I found a scratch on the trunk after I picked up the car. It was not there when I dropped the car for the fix. We did the car inspection at the time of drop off. It is very disappointing that I had to report the issue to Geico. The claim expert told me to bring the car back for the repair.

Great customer service, my car was completed a few days after I dropped it off. Juan kept me updated every step of the way and as a bonus they delivered my vehicle super clean!

If you want your vehichle to look brand new, you have to go to Gotham. This is by far the best body shop I have ever visited. I don't care where I am if I need body work, it has to be Gotham!
