When the car was initially ready, the paint job was not done well as the replaced pieces were a different shade of white and one fender was still not glossed in one spot. It didn't seem as if someone did a good inspection prior to completion. If I had not told the representative anything, I truly believe I would have been allowed to have left with the car as is. To me, this is not good business for a body shop. If someone brings in a vehicle for repair, it is a minimal expectation that the car comes back looking as it did prior to the collision. The experience made me very skeptical of Service Kings quality of work.
