Dennis McCreary is the gentleman I dealt w/throughout my car’s repair. He was very courteous,informative & knowledgeable. I had no communication problems since he answered any questions I had to my satisfaction.
I purposely waited almost a week to answer this survey because I wanted to make sure that my car ran well. So far I’ve had no problems and am able to say that I am satisfied with the work all of your crew put into making my car run and look as good as it did before the accident.

The customer service I received from Service King, was awesome. From the receptionist, Service manager, rental agent, and porter they did their best going out of the way to provider the best customer care possible.
I was traveling out the country for family vacation upon the completion of service to my vehicle the Service King team delivered my vehicle to my home and parked it in the garage as promised.
I can't say it enough you have a great group of people at the South Sam Houston Pkwy location.
The work to my vehicle priceless great job by all.
