USAA approved auto repair facility. It's like one stop shopping. They take care of all insurance issues, keep u informed of repair progress & lend u a '15 Camray for as long as needed. Great place for USAA customers.

Superior service from start to finish. The no hassle use of a loaner car was greatly appreciated and effortless to return. The employees were personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Lastly, the continous texts to keep me updated and informed were very helpful.

I was incredibly impressed with the quality of workmanship, but it took a few days longer than "quoted". No big deal; just a minor issue.

First off, I want to say that my Avenger looks great (inside & out.) Thank you! Secondly, I want to thank the Storm Auto body staff that assisted me with my loaner problem. For the ones who saw me this morning I was a complete emotional reck because I thought I would have to pay 500 to repair the loaner I was using for the past ten (10) days. When I got the call from your shop saying you were able to fix the loaner ninety (90) percent; I was so relieved. Because as a poor college student it would have been extremely hard to come up with that kind of money. The only thing that I would recommend Storm Auto Bidy Inc. do in the future is to physically walk around the car with the costumer before he/she takes it off the property to see if there is any damage on it already. Because I never got that opportunity. because of that there were thoughts in my head that thought the damage might have been there from before and you wanted someone, other than Storm Body Inc., to pay for it because I litterally had the car the whole time. There was no other driver then myself. Just wanted to point that out so that there are no thoughts like that in that back of your customer's mind for future cases that are similar to mine.
