Our car was supposed to be ready on a Friday, and we got a message saying it would be ready on Monday. No communication on Monday. When I reached out Tuesday, I was told it was ready. When we drove it home (the car is less than a year old), we found we had a flat rear tire. When we asked the shop about it, we were told, "Only thing I can think of is a nail or screw in the tire. We never had any problems with the tire while it was here at the shop." There were no nails or screws on our driveway. Where do you find nails and screws? On a shop floor. It left us with a bad feeling and my husband says he doesn't want to go to the shop again in the future.
