The entire staff at Y&S was very friendly and professional. Mun, our point of contact at Y&S, was very professional easy to work with. When I initially contacted Y&S during my search of places to have our car repaired, Mun explained in detail, the repair process and what particular areas of our car he would be inspecting.
Mun came across as very thorough, and more importantly, very honest. It was after that initial phone conversation with Mun that I decided to go with Y&S. During the repair process, Mun constantly kept us updated as to the status of our vehicle, and delivered our car back to us in the time he promised.
For obvious reasons I hope we never need to have our vehicle repaired by a body shop. But if we do, we are taking our car(s) back to Mun and Y&S! I will be advising our insurance company (AAA) of the great service we received at Y&S.
