We had to return our car twice due to door issues. Each time they fixed what was wrong with minimal wait time. Everyone was so nice and friendly

While my car was being repaired I made several calls and had to leave messages to get status updates on my repair. I could not get returned calls. At one point I had to drive to the shop to get a response. The repairs were great. The communication, not so much.

Three day repair ended up taking two weeks. In and of itself this wasn't a problem since I understand the delays globally in deliveries.
However, I was not notified of any of these delays and had to keep calling in to check the status of my vehicle's repair.
The quality of the repair is satisfactory though.
