I had asked the person who checked us in to replace my battery as it was dead when we tried to crank the car to drive in for the estimate. He indicated he would do so. When my wife picked up the car, whoever checked her out flat out lied to her and said that they had checked the battery and it was fine. The battery was dead when we tried to crank the car 24 hours later and Advance Auto Parts said the battery only produced 350 cold cranking amps. What is your policy on flat out lying to your customers ?
