Was told car would be ready on Monday. Wasn't ready until Friday. I had a K&N air filter in the vehicle and now there is a plain regular air filter in the vehicle. I will be calling to get my K&N air filter bacK.

The McCafferty team was EXCELLENT! This is the 3rd time we've dealt with the collision center in the past year (we must have bad luck or something) and each time the service FAR exceeded our expectations! Earlier this year my car was at McCafferty for two months for repairs, and the team kept us informed of the progress every step of the way. The work was absolutely excellent. This time my car needed a simple repair, and it was done quickly and the price was less Jan we were expecting. The manager spoke to us when we picked up our car and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

Only one concern...it looks as though some antifreeze was dripped on the hood of the car and now it has a streak on it. Is there any way that I can get rid of that streak?
Otherwise, I was quite pleased with the repair and the time frame in which the repair was completed. We were informed regularly of the progress and concerns were met with resolution.
