Before I signed all papers, I looked over the work completed. I thought I was satisfied. When I was about to leave, it appeared the windshield wipers needed to be turned on and off to reset. That wasn't the case. The wipers needed to be reset by reinstalling them. As I watched, I noticed the new damage on my hood. It was never there. A picture was taken and I was told I'd be contacted. I was at work 5/18/17 and couldn't use my phone to return call until 5:pm. Jerry had left office. I'm available today 5/19 to resolve issue.
