It seems like the work wasn't done until the same day I picked up the car. The pibt was still drying. The license plate holder was wrong and now I have to go back to get it installed. I wanted to fix something personally and they could not install it. Finally, I drove away to get gas and when I went to start the car, the battery was dead and Y&S had to come jump the car. I think something was left in all week and drained the battery.

Receptionists were exceptionally nice and courteous, Ricardo was very helpful and patient. Jerry was most patient, understanding and most importantly, very professional.
