I was very, very pleased with Eric and the end result. But, I must tell you that those in charge know why my having to speak up for myself, is completely unacceptable. Completely! As a Farmers District Manager, I would always have my agents send their clients to Y & S for personal, former professionalism. I had only the highest praise. Then, to use Y&S a month ago and go through having to ASK for what should have been automatic. Thank you for finally doing the right thing but shame on Y & S for making me ask for what should have been norm! Shaken, by this. Really!
