I have two central concerns regarding my experience. One is in regard to the amount of time that the repairs took and the fact that an expectation was set by your company that my car would be finished in a shorter amount of time than it actually took. My second concern is in regard to the inaccurate communication about the delays. Although I appreciated the text updates, I was not informed of delays until the last minute. On Sept 30, I received a text stating that my car was on-track to be picked up on Oct 4th at 4pm. I called at 9am on Oct 4th to arrange for pick-up of my vehicle and was told that repairs were delayed for another week. Only after that call did I receive another text update informing me of the delay. After a week had passed, I found out at 3pm that my car would not be ready for pickup by 4pm. I paid for a rental car out of pocket for the duration of the repairs and am very disappointed at the amount I had to pay due to the delays. I am disappointed in the poor customer service and unfortunately do not plan to recommend this company to others.
