Dear Friends, Your repair work is -- as always -- impeccable. And the front office support was kind and thorough and very patient. Kudos to Lauren and Anna, and the various staff they consulted with, as we navigated our way to a workable repair scenario. I'm a very happy camper. The only hitches I encountered were with Enterprise, and I mention them here not because Uptown is responsible, but just so you're aware that what once was a seamless partnership is not quite so seamless, now, from a customer pov. On the day I dropped my car at Uptown, I waited nearly an hour for a pickup; and then nearly another hour at Enterprise offices to complete the rental transaction. There was no orderly customer signup; the waiting room was full, but it was not clear that staff were tracking who'd been waiting the longest for help. (No complaints about the folks I interacted with.) And when my own car was ready, last Friday, Anna assured me I could return my rental by leaving it at Uptown. So I was very surprised to receive a call this morning from Enterprise, telling me that I'd be charged for the weekend and would need to update my contract if I intended to continue driving the rental. From the two different staff I talked to, it was clear that Enterprise staff at the B'way branch were unaware that I'd returned their car last Friday afternoon. This points to some communication issues, either between Uptown and Enterprise, or internally at Enterprise, or possibly both. The second person I spoke to at Enterprise today said she'd look into my paperwork, and then call me back. I got no update after that.

Initially I was happy with the service but, the I started to have issues with my car. I notice that there was some work under the hood of my car. Someone steam the inside of the engine bay. I know this because prior to bringing my car in I had spots all over the engine bay which had been there for a long time and when I got it back the engine bay had been cleaned. Also prior I had a Brake light warning and a four wheel drive warning light on and now both have been fixed and the four wheel drive now works. All of this is great but now the water-pump tube from the oil cooler to water pump just randomly broke. Its a plastic part and easily damaged if you hit it with something. This caused antifreeze to spill out. I got it fixed but now the car has a leak, probably from overheating. I am worried it may now be a blown head gasket from when the tube broke off. When I got the car back it felt like it had been driven, the sun had been opened for some reason.

My go-to bodyshop every time. Always excellent service in very appealing atmosphere (uncommon for body shops).

My car looks brand new. Everything was done expertly. It really made me happy that the car was returned to me with a detailed cleaning, that was a nice touch!
