Although we did not get daily e-mails regarding the progress on our car, we were able to speak to Lauren via phone whenever we wanted updates. Lauren was VERY accommodating when the repair lasted longer than expected and extended into our vacation cruise. Our car was ready when we returned. Thank you to all the mechanics that worked on the body of our car---and especially to the people that corrected the wrecked steering. Thank you. And as I said to Lauren, although we love what you did for us---we hope to never see you again (of course, we hope to never again have anybody crash their vehicle into our car!!!)

Only problem is we got a call at 5:10 to pick up the car by 5:30, which wasn't enough notice. So now our insurance company doesn't want to pay for the last day of the car rental because they said it was ready on the day you called at 5:10pm. That just wasn't enough notice in order to get it that night. But the work looks great. Thank you!!

I love going to Uptown. I'm always greeted like family, everyone is nice, and smiley, and they take care of business in a timely manner and make you feel like you are valued.
Uptown goes above and beyond the call of duty. They do their best to make the experience painless, and it always is.
Whenever I walk into the shop, I want to stay for the day and hang out, drink tea, and relax in their comfy leather chairs. But I don't, because I would never get to the gym!!
I refer everyone I know to Uptown.
Mike is the BEST. He is so accommodating, and makes you feel that everything will be alright.
I wish every shop where I had to deal with my car was the same.
It's of course a love/hate relationship with Uptown, since it always means my car has been wrecked if I have to go there!
But, I'm glad they are there to make it all OK!

I always feel warm and fuzzy when I leave, and tell myself 'I need to drop by for tea and say hello between my crashes'!
