Gorgeous job on my car.
Interior detailed upon return, so lovely.
2 little issues resolved quickly and professionally--missing screw on clasp that opens the convertible top meant I could not open the top, but it was fixed!
left headlamp was aimed too far down, but it was fixed!
Regina is very efficient, and courteous and professional. She anticipated some of my questions.

The people at Uptown are beyond friendly - front desk, shuttle driver, giovanna. I love that a woman owns the business, I like the decor & waiting room, I like how you guys support the arts. I was just disappointed in the communication. No one called me to let me know my car wouldn't be ready on time, I found out when I called after getting these emails i wasn't supposed to be getting. When I was told that my car was ready, it was a bit last minute - I was called at 2:15p, I got the message at 3p, and the shop was closing at 4p for Thanksgiving. With 2 small kids, I just have a bit more to coordinate. It worked out, but there was quite a bit of scrambling between 3-330p!

Was the car repaired to our satisfaction-yes; There were complications on parts delivery and communications during the repair process. The owner of the body shop took personal responsibility to describe the issues and complete the repair without compromising the quality of the work. We are pleased with her efforts and the end result. We would have appreciated more communications and involvement by Safeco, our insurance company.
