We basically had to set up this repair from a different state. They arranged to pick up the car in Oakland with a wrecker, get the repairs done after a very fair and honest estimate, and then deliver the car back to the residence. Giovanna and her crew were awesome!!! They are very loyal to their customers.

Having to deal with damage to one's car is a difficult experience for most people, including myself. From the time I entered Uptown's facility I was treated graciously by people who, thorough their experience, handled every aspect of the situation capably and in a way that gave me confidence. Insurance? Special details? everything was anticipated and promptly handled. I cannot imagine how things could be handled better, and a few days after delivering my damaged car I drove out of the shop in a 9-year old car that looked new.
