The (new) damage appearing on my right rear fender did NOT exist before I left my car at your establishment for repair to the rear end (trunk frame & rear bumper) only. Fifty dollars off the bill did not buy my satisfaction; it only ensured I would not leave the bad review Jason deserved on Yelp for lying about it. I abhor a liar...

From beginning to end, my experience was wonderful. I was in a minor accident, and during the first repair estimate at the dealership, I was told it would take at least 8 days to get the repair completed. I was very unhappy about that. Then I called Joe DiIorio's. I said I had an accident and the receptionist's first response was to ask if I was OK. Already off to a better start. During the estimate process, Jason went over the damages with me carside, and what could also be wrong possibly but that he cannot see until they look under the hood. (That did not happen at the dealership.) Despite the same exact amounts for labor and other costs, Joe DiIorio's estimate was $500 less, plus he said it would be done in 3-4 days. And it was - 3 ****/2 days to be exact. To be clear, 3 ****/2 days for the initial repair, AND the repair of a rust spot I asked them to fix, AND additional work that needed done due to the accident. I received text updates on the status of the repair each day, and a call regarding the internal damage that could not be assessed during the estimate. They actually had already called and gotten the OK from my insurance for that work. They are thorough, polite and professional and the work done is outstanding. I hope to not need them often, but when I do, I will certainly return.

I have been coming to Dilorios auto body for all of my vehicles needs. They take great care of my car. Make me feel appreciated every time I walk in the door.

The work was great. The communication was great. But did you have to adjust the seat, steering column, radio, and a.c.? It's not like you were driving the car for several miles! So no, I was satisfied but not completely satisfied.

Wonderful friendly people

Not only were the employees Fantastic, but they had my car done 4 days earlier than expected, and it looked Better than brand new!! I didn't even have to deal with the rental car company, as Jason took care of setting it all up for me. My biggest surprise was that they cleaned the entire Interior of the car, as well. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. I will recommend them to Everyone. Thank you all So Much for taking care of me like I was a family member! And thanks to Nicole for being so amazing and great to work with.

From beginning to end a very professional but “old school” approach to customer service. The body work is obviously top notch as is dictated by the price. You get what you pay for. You’ve had 2 jobs from my family in the last 4 mos. and you’ll get ithem all from now on. I’m a Sales Manager for a large Auto dealership believe me I’ll be recommending you to anyone I can.
